Leisure Centre Update
Following a comprehensive review, the Trust has determined that full community use of Weavers Leisure Centre for activities and bookings will no longer be offered beyond the 31st August 2020. Table Tennis Clubs will retain access and use of the centre.
The decision will enable the school to accommodate the rapidly growing number of students at the school, support their learning needs and positively impact on the well-being and achievement of all young people attending Weavers Academy.
The team understands this outcome will be disappointing to many and recognises the disruption this will cause to the activities of many groups.
