for Teachers, School Staff and Governors.

Staff play an essential role in guiding and supporting students in their career journey. Linking curriculum learning to careers is one of the Gatsby Benchmarks of good practice and can help a student to understand how their learning is used in practice in the workplace.  Students develop their understanding of careers and the skills required for those roles, through curriculum learning. Staff can access careers resources in the staff shared area. Staff can contact the Ambition Lead for Careers, for support and advice for suitable potential employer links for their area of curriculum.
