We’d love to know you’re coming — simply register your attendance to help us give you the best possible experience on the night. Plus, every child with a registered parent will receive a free ice cream from our on-site ice cream truck!

 

Arrival

Step onto our site any time between 5pm and 8pm and begin your journey — whichever entrance you choose, you’ll be warmly welcomed by one of our Assistant Principals, who will introduce you to your personal student tour guide and set you off to explore all that we have to offer.

What to expect...

There’s something for everyone at our Open Evening! As you explore the school, you’ll have the chance to:

• Find out about our exciting curriculum offer and how we bring learning to life

• Experience our high-quality teaching and learning in action through interactive demonstrations

• Enjoy live performances showcasing the talents of our students

• Get involved in hands-on activities across a range of subjects

• Chat with our amazing students and hear what they really think about life at Weavers

• Say hello to our house mascots and learn what house spirit really means

• Explore our award-winning STEM on Track go-karts and see our LEGO robots in action

• Join our Sixth Form student leaders for fun and energetic sports activities

Whether you're curious, creative, sporty, or techy — there’s plenty to discover, experience, and enjoy!

Conversations That Matter

We're holding an information talk at 5.15pm for those that would like to hear from the leadership team and students.  However, for those that appreciate no fixed timings, no overcrowded halls, and more time for you to explore at your own pace, the leadership team will be available for conversations in the canteen from 6pm.  They will be ready to chat, answer your questions, and share their vision for the school in a more personal, relaxed setting.

If you’d like to experience Weavers Academy during a normal school day, we’re also offering bookable daytime tours. You can reserve a place during the Open Evening — just speak to a member of staff before you leave and we’ll be happy to arrange a visit that works for you.
