Work experience is a valuable opportunity for young people to explore the world of work and gain insight into different career pathways. It helps students develop essential skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management, while building confidence and independence.

By engaging in real-life workplace settings, students learn to take responsibility, adapt to new challenges, and understand employer expectations, preparing them for future education, training, or employment.
